The SJRA constructed a 30 million gallon per day membrane water treatment plant on the Lake Conroe dam.
Deison Technology Park
Development of approximately 248 acres by the Conroe Industrial Development Corporation as a technology park located on FM 1484 in Montgomery County Texas.
Shenandoah Park
Responsible for demolition and removal of existing park site grading with utilities, paving, pavilion and restroom buildings, and more.
Willis Water Plant No. 3
Consisted of a 1200 GPM Jasper Well and a 1750 GPM Catahoula Well, along with a 300,000 gallon elevated storage tank and diesel generator.
Hwy. 105 Retention Pond
To deepen proposed detention ponds to retain stormwater and provide a constant water surface to serve as an amenity to a major gateway into the City of Conroe.
