Mr. Watkins, the branch manager for Bleyl Engineering’ Austin office, has over 32 years’ experience as a consulting engineer. He has designed projects for private developers, universities, and local, state and federal agencies. His projects range from single family and commercial developments, storm water detention facilities, water quality sedimentation and filtration ponds, utility infrastructure, state highway design and water pollution abatement plans. Mr. Watkins provides assistance on projects from inception through completion of construction, including preliminary and final design, preparation of specifications, construction cost estimates, bid documents, award of contract, construction observation and project acceptance.
