Jason Rodgers, P.E.
With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Rodgers has built a distinguished career, transforming development visions into successful, sustainable projects through exceptional client service, technical expertise, and extensive knowledge of Central Texas. His success is founded on the strong relationships he has developed with developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies, enabling him to understand the unique objectives of each project while balancing the broader needs and expectations of the surrounding community. His expertise spans site development, utility infrastructure, drainage design, permitting, and coordination with municipal review agencies from initial planning through construction.
This success continued when Bleyl Engineering partnered with his previous firm, Garrett-Ihnen Civil Engineers, in 2019. Following the transition, Mr. Rodgers continued to demonstrate exceptional leadership, advancing from Assistant Regional Manager and most recently to Regional Manager of Bleyl Engineering's Austin office. In this role, he is committed to mentoring engineers, fostering collaboration, and maintaining Bleyl Engineering's high standards of technical excellence and client service.
Under his leadership, he and his team have successfully delivered hundreds of projects, including multifamily developments, retail centers, religious facilities, educational campuses, nonprofit organizations, industrial warehouses, and quick-service restaurants. His dedication to responsive communication, sound engineering judgment, and fiscal responsibility has earned the trust of clients and municipalities throughout Texas, resulting in long-standing relationships, repeat business, and successful projects that benefit both property owners and the communities they serve.
