Mr. Wolff manages civil engineering design and consultation projects for private and public projects including the design of full civil sites, water plant/distribution systems, sewer collection systems, roadways, subdivisions, stormwater drainage facilities, and septic systems. He is knowledgeable in the design of stormwater drainage systems, stormwater management programs, and land development. Mr. Wolff holds a Master of Engineering degree focused on transportation engineering.
