Bleyl Engineering prepared water, sewer, paving, and drainage plans for this office condominium development. Services also included preparation of a functional, efficient, and attractive site plan for this project, which has is being duplicated across the Houston area.
Bleyl Engineering worked closely with the developer to create one of the area’s most admired office communities. The site design includes adequate and convenient parking with complementary landscaping. The waterline is internally looped in order to stabilize pressure and improve reliability, and the detention basin was placed and designed to maximize buildable space. In addition, the design prepared with constructability in mind, which allowed the developer to quickly build the project to meet and capture the market’s demand.
