Bleyl Engineering is pleased to announce it has acquired Austin-based Garrett-Ihnen Civil Engineers, one of Austin’s oldest civil engineering firms. Our existing Austin office has merged with the GICE office and will be completely rebranded as Bleyl Engineering come the new year.
