Senior Director Mark Adam, P.E., R.P.L.S. Elected to AWBD Board

Bleyl Engineering, a leader in land development, municipal services and construction management, is pleased to announce that Senior Director Mark Adam has been elected to the Association of Water Board Directors (AWBD) Board of Trustees as First Vice President. The AWBD is an advocacy group for special water districts in Texas, and promotes industry education by sharing knowledge and best practices. Currently consisting of over 800 members, the Texas AWBD works closely with government agencies and other regulatory bodies on the latest laws and technology issues impacting the quality of life in their respective districts.

Mark Adam brings over three decades of experience in municipal engineering and land surveying. He has designed water distribution and treatment facilities for both commercial and residential developments, and his clients include cities, developers, water authorities and municipal utility districts. He is currently a Senior Director with Bleyl Engineering.

Bleyl Engineering Congratulates Austen Beck, P.E. and Ryan Londeen, P.E.

In addition, we are proud to note that two Bleyl engineering employees have recently fulfilled their requirements and earned their designation of Professional Engineer – Austen Beck, P.E., and Ryan Londeen, P.E. Previously, both were engineers in training. To become a licensed Professional Engineer, candidates must graduate from an accredited university with a degree in engineering, work with a Professional Engineer with increasing responsibilities for a minimum of four years, and pass the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam. Both Austen and Ryan are now members of this group.

Ryan Londeen graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Now a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas, he serves as project manager for a variety of projects related to land development with a specific focus in master drainage plans, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and FEMA studies. He has been with Bleyl Engineering for four years.

Austen Beck graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Now a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas, he serves as project manager for a variety of residential, commercial and industrial developments.  He has been with Bleyl Engineering for five years.
