Bleyl & Associates is currently working with several cities and utility districts to reduce their dependence on groundwater production from the Gulf Coast Aquifer. The Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District Regulatory Plan Phase II(B) requires a 30% reduction by the year 2016 for all Large Volume Groundwater Users within Montgomery County. We are preparing Groundwater Reduction Plans for our clients and exploring several viable options to limit their Gulf Coast Aquifer dependence in accordance with the Regulatoy Plan.
