Bleyl Engineering’ Bryan office specializes in the design of municipal engineering projects, including water supply and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, drainage and land development projects. Our Bryan office also conducts boundary, topographic and construction surveying, feasibility studies, infrastructure evaluations, utility rate analysis and overall project management services. Our primary clients include cities, utility districts and developers.

Mr. Vernon has over twenty years of experience in the civil engineering field. He has worked in all phases of project development, including surveying, design, and construction inspection. Before returning to school in September 1999, Mr. Vernon designed and managed the production of construction plans for a variety of projects. Since joining Bleyl Engineering in January 2003, he has designed several subdivisions and commercial site plans, including underground utilities, streets, and drainage facilities. Mr. Vernon was also the lead designer for municipal projects ranging from wastewater and fresh water treatment plant expansions, sanitary sewer and waterline extensions, and roadway construction.
