Mr. John Bleyl, P.E. (President/CEO)

Mr. John Bleyl, P.E. is the principal in charge of all clients and has more than 30 years’ experience in the engineering field. Mr. Bleyl is a former Director of Lazy River Improvement District. He is the City Engineer for Panorama Village and Shenandoah. Mr. Bleyl is also the Engineer for the Developer and Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 18 (Bentwater Development). Mr. Bleyl has experience in providing design, contract and construction management services for many residential and commercial developments in and around Montgomery County. He also has experience reviewing and managing design and construction services as Assistant Montgomery County Engineer and an Engineer for the George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Mark Adam

Mr. Mark W. Adam, P.E.,R.P.L.S (Senior Director)

Mr. Adam is a licensed professional engineer and registered professional land surveyor and has worked in the municipal engineering field for over 35 years. His extensive experience includes the design of water distribution and supply systems, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, commercial and residential developments and recreational facilities. Additionally, he has many years of experience in land surveying and utility operations. He has worked extensively with cities, water authorities and municipal utility districts as well as commercial and residential developers.

Mr. Ken Walker, C.P.A. (CFO)

Mr. Walker has over 30 years’ experience involving various phases of construction management in the underground utility industry, representing both contractors and engineering firms.  He has extensive knowledge and experience regarding contract documents, specifications, and project administration documents. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas, and is familiar with accounting practices applicable to municipalities.  Mr. Walker is a former director of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 46 in The Woodlands

Mr. Derek Wind, P.E.,CFM (COO)

Mr. Wind is a licensed professional engineer with extensive experience in project design and construction management for private and municipal engineering work including water and wastewater treatment facilities, water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, commercial and residential land development, storm water mitigation, street paving & drainage, and flood plain analysis and revision. He has been licensed as a professional engineer since December 2006 and an employee at Bleyl Engineering since January 2006. Mr. Wind holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering and Water Resources.
